Frances Dewing, Co-Founder & CEO

Rubica 

Frances Dewing is the CEO & co-founder of Rubica. Since the company’s inception, Frances built and directed Rubica’s core operations teams, including cyber operations, customer support, finance, legal and human resources. Formerly COO of Concentric Advisors, a consultancy specializing in cyber and physical security for some of the world’s most high-profile figures, Frances was instrumental in building Concentric’s business in Seattle and Silicon Valley. Frances is a Washington State attorney with a JD from the University of Washington.

Tonya Stone, Vice President and West Personal Risk Practice Leader

USI Insurance Services

Tonya Stone is a Vice President and the West Region Personal Risk Practice Leader with USI Insurance Services, focusing on providing personal property, liability risk management services.  Tonya works exclusively with individuals and families to design personal insurance programs around their specific risks and needs. Tonya’s specialty is helping families understand risks and educating them on coverage options. Tonya is a graduate of the University of Washington, where she earned a B.A. in Sociology.
